| Billy always takes the time to explain and show me what is going on with our cars. We have three young adult drivers and it?s always something! He does not suggest unnecessary repairs and gives an honest and fact based opinion on next steps. |

| Mack's is hands down the best, most honest and conscientious mechanic I've ever known. I do a lot of my own work and know what it takes to get a lot of jobs done. They never "pad" pricing or charge for unnecessary services . Wish I could give more than 5 stars. |

| Lee and Billy Mack are always so accommodating and work with us closely to provide the best advice and service. We've used their local transport service to get us home (locally in Harrisburg) after dropping off our vehicles - a great benefit/service! |
